It took longer than expected, but we’re happy to confirm that Infinity pre-order shipping has started!
As a quick recap, here is what happened over the past few weeks:
After assembly in Hong Kong, the Infinity games were shipped to our fulfillment center in China, where most of our game inventory is currently stored. During the import process, an issue occurred when the shipment entered mainland China. To avoid further delays, we redirected the Infinity games back to Hong Kong and moved them to another fulfillment center operated by the same company.
This change required some extra logistics work behind the scenes. Since part of our inventory is in China and Infinity is now being fulfilled from Hong Kong, some orders that include Infinity along with other games may need to be split between the two fulfillment centers. If this applies to your order, don’t worry: we will absorb the extra shipping cost.
The move also required us to set up the Hong Kong fulfillment center software, transfer open orders data, align inventory management, and move part of our custom packing materials from the China fulfillment center to the Hong Kong location. This added extra transportation time for the packing materials, but that process is now complete.
Because our fulfillment operations are now handled overseas, this also involved a lot of overnight coordination with the fulfillment team. The good news is that this final setup phase is now behind us, and fulfillment is ready to move forward
We have many Infinity pre-orders to process, as pre-orders started in September 2025. These orders will be fulfilled chronologically, starting with the earliest September 2025 orders and moving forward from there. Kickstarter rewards will also begin processing at the same time, so both pre-order and Kickstarter shipments can move forward together without one version of the game blocking the other.
We also want to clarify that this situation only affects Infinity pre-orders and Kickstarter rewards tied to this specific production and logistics process. Even though the wait for Infinity has been much longer than expected, orders containing items that are already in stock are still being processed normally and usually ship within 24 hours.
