Update on U.S. Shipping Delays

We want to keep our community informed about recent changes affecting shipments to the United States.

As of now, all Canadian carriers are working to comply with new U.S. import regulations following the end of the De Minimis exemption. This has led to a temporary suspension of shipments to the U.S. while carriers finalize new processes. You can find the full update from our carrier here: Chit Chats blog post.

Our games are classified under HTS code 9504.50.00.00, which means they remain tariff-free under CUSMA. However, because they are not currently listed under the “S” or “S+” categories, there is a risk that U.S. customs could apply unjustified tariffs if shipments are sent before the carriers’ compliance procedures are updated.

What This Means for Customers

  • U.S. Orders: Shipments are temporarily on hold. We expect resolution within about one month, after which orders will be shipped immediately.

  • International Orders: Not impacted — they continue to ship as usual.

  • Prevention First: We are holding U.S. shipments to protect customers from potential unexpected fees at customs.

We know delays are never fun, but this step is important to ensure your games arrive smoothly and without surprise costs.
